Today's workout!
Weight workout today~ Shoulders/Biceps
I did this workout as Quintsets 5 exercises 4x sets @ 12-15 reps ~ 90 secs between each full set. (5 exercises a full quintset) =0
- Seated dumbbell press ~
- Standing double dumbbell curls ~
- Standing side lateral raises ~
- Standing front lateral raises ~
- Concentration curls (dumbbell) ~
- 75 situps w/10lb medicine ball (throw & catch @top ea. situp)
- 3x sets planks 60 + secs holding ~
