Today's workout!
5~mile up hill run today ~ All up hill today except for my last quarter of mile I got to sprint down hill to my house. That down hill feels so good when you have just climbed so many hills that your Okole (bum) and thighs are burning... Got to love that burn!
110~ walking lunges~ 55 up hill - 55 down hill ~
20 min. 4-1b hula hoop ~

Today's diet!
Smoothie (papaya, mango, strawberry, banana) 1scp.protein 1scp. creatine 1tsp.flaxseed oil ~
