30 min ~ Kettlebell weight workout ~
100 ~ situps w/10-lb medicine ball (throw/catch @top)


Feeling a little sore and tired today =( Cancelled hill run today for a  lower impact cardo workout today! Sometimes are bodies tell us when it's time to take it down a notch. Even when we don't want too!

Forgot to log in today's diet =(   I do know I didn't eat very much today as I was not feeling so good. Not sure if I was just sore and tired of getting a bug? Hopefully it is something that will pass by tomorrow...
