Write Your Weight Off !

Start your own "Fitbook" Write that weight right off!  Studies have shown and proven that keeping a training journal, fitness log or weight-loss diary will help you on your long, hard journey of working towards creating the body you want.
Your Personal Fitness Journal ...  
Keeping a daily record of your food intake, and workout schedule will not only help you see what your are doing right, it allows you to see what you may be doing wrong as well. It will allow you to really see inside your progress as you stay consistent in both your workouts and your diet. You are able to see the good and the bad and sometimes the ugly, but it's up to you to be honest and truthful and stick to your goals. 

When you are writing it down it makes it all the more real. Even if it's only you that is going to see this fitness journal. It is real and seeing it down on paper can help you achieve and structure what works best for you and what doesn't. Where you might of went wrong and when you are right and hitting your goals. It is right there on paper, in your own writing to show you. This is why you need to be "Honest" and write down everything! From what you let pass through your lips, to what your training day is like. Log it all!

Even if it's not good, you need to write it all down. Plus knowing you have to write it down just might keep you from making the wrong choices. This is why keeping a fitness diary is so beneficial, because it keeps aware of what you are doing and NOT doing right!

Keeping it real! Seeing it all written down on paper or journal blog is like looking in a mirror. Be completely honest and log it all down whether it good or bad it's all right there for you to see. Then you know deep down what you need to do or not do, change or add to your daily workouts & diet. Write it all down for yourself or for all to see... Just do it!

Another good reason to keep track of fitness is to see the progress!When I was training for the Portland Century I tracked my weekly mileage on the bike as I trained. Same with my running when I trained for Hood to Coast. It also helps if injury happens. Seeing patterns, increases in mileage when I shouldn't have...etc.
