Today's Workout !

Today's workout!
4-mile interval run ~ 1/2 mile sprint to .25 mile fast walk ~ 
3-miles total sprinted intervals ~ 4x .25 mile fast walk between sprints. Interval run is zigzag up hill ~ Oh the burn!!!


20 min. 4-lb hula hoop ~
50 lunge walks up hill ~
