Today's Workout !

Train Harder 2-Day!
dumbbells      
Today's workout!
3 mile sprint run ~ 1/2 mile sprint intervals 
30-45 sec rest between each 1/2 mile interval ~ 1 steep hill included in 1/2 mile sprint.. Oh that burned my thighs! 
Time ~ Completed in 27 minuets!
54 walking lunges ~ right after sprint intervals 4 extra "just in case" lunges... lol  I would of done at least 100 walking lunges as I normally do, but was short on time and had to complete my run & lunges is 30 minuets!  Now doing your workout like that makes you want to barf!  Plus the sun was out, not over cloud =0
