- Seated dumbbell shoulder press ~
 - Incline dumbbell curls ~
 - Dumbbell raise ~
 - Standing alternating dumbbell curls ~
 - Standing side lateral raises ~
 - Standing front lateral raises ~
 
- 100 ~ bench step ups w/12lb dumbbells in hand ~
 - 100 ~ 3x sets of 10lb medicine ball situps ~
 
Today's diet!
4 - boiled eggs ~ 1-yolk 4-whites ~ 1cup green tea
1 can water pked tuna w/tsp.mayo & chopped celery ~ 16oz water ~
1- smoothie (papaya,strawberry,mango,banana) 1scp.protein, 1scp.creatine ~
2- black bean burritos w/shredded mozzarella cheese ~ 1 diet pepsi ~
Lots of water all day ~
