Today's Workout !

Today's workout! 
Weight workout today ~ Shoulders/Deltoids/Biceps

Super set style "Sextuplets" 6 exercises 4x sets 12-15 reps~
  1. Seated dumbbell shoulder press ~
  2. Incline dumbbell curls ~
  3. Dumbbell raise ~
  4. Standing alternating dumbbell curls ~
  5. Standing side lateral raises ~
  6. Standing front lateral raises ~
  1. 100 ~ bench step ups w/12lb dumbbells in hand ~
  2. 100 ~ 3x sets of 10lb medicine ball situps ~
I worked myself out hard! I could feel the soreness setting in =0  I love it <3 !

Today's diet!
4 - boiled eggs ~ 1-yolk 4-whites ~ 1cup green tea 
1 can water pked tuna w/tsp.mayo & chopped celery ~ 16oz water ~
1- smoothie (papaya,strawberry,mango,banana) 1scp.protein, 1scp.creatine ~
2- black bean burritos w/shredded mozzarella cheese ~ 1 diet pepsi ~
Lots of water all day ~
