Today's Workout !

dumbbells            
Today's workout!


Arms ~ Biceps/Triceps
Quad sets ~  5x  12-15 reps  90 secs rest
Seated dumbbell triceps extension
Standing dumbbell curls
Dumbbell kickbacks
Concentration curls
Dips ~ w/25lb plate 5x 10 = 50 reps

Abdominal ~  sit ups w/6lb weight medicine ball  4x 25 reps = 100 reps




Today's diet!    
Cake Slice

4-eggs whites (boiled)  1c.green tea
1-large smoothie (banana, papaya, strawberries, mango) 1scp. protein 1scp. creatine 
2 small black bean w/mozzarella's cheese, wheat tortilla   1-diet pespsi
NO CAKE  =(
*Instead I had a yummy cinnamon, apple muffin 4 my b-day cake!  No candles ...lol
Water   1c green tea
