Today's Workout !

dumbbells  

Today's weight workout !
 

Shoulder Blast!
Seated dumbbell military press ~ Super Quad Sets  5x  12-15 reps
Up right dumbbell rows
Standing side lateral raises
Standing front later raises 


Abs ~  Sit ups w/weight 10lb medicine ball  4x 25 reps   Planks~ 4x hold 1min.





Today's diet ~

Bugs Bunny Eating Carrot Icon Icons Emoticon Emoticons Animated Animation Animations Gif
1-large smoothie (paypaya, strawberries, mango, banana) 1-scp protein, 1-scp.creatine
Chicken Cesar salad, water

No dinner tonight =(  Fell asleep early evening... Not good for your body to go without food for more than 4-5 hours..But I fell asleep just after 6pm so I will be able to make it up in the morning with a early breakfast.  Note 2 self...  eat before laying down to sleep!
