Rock it Today... Run those Hills !

Just because it's a Sunday... that's NO excuse not to workout or train. Especially if you didn't make time to workout during the week. Sunday is a perfect day to make up for it. Sunday is one of the best days of the week for running. Everything is more quiet and peaceful. A perfect way to lose yourself in a nice long fat burning run, or maybe just some hill running to work your legs & glutes out hard. A good 3-5 miles including some steep hills is a great way to spend a hour on a early or late Sunday afternoon. Try it, you may just love it <3
