Today's workout !

45 min. on elliptical trainer (interval selection)
15 min. 4lb hula-hoop 

20lb kettle bell squats ~ 2x 50 reps =100 total reps
20lb kettle bell lunches ~4x 25 reps =100 total reps
25lb dumbbell leg curls ~4x 25 reps =100 total reps
20lb kettle bell alternate hand throws 2x 50 reps =100 total reps
Abs situps w/10lb medicine ball 4x 25 reps =100 total reps
NUMBER 500  Home run hit!  500 rep day!






Today's diet !

1- large smoothie (banana, papaya, strawberries, mango) 1scp. protein  1scp. ceatine  
Tblsp. flax seed oil (straight down the hatch)
1- can water pked tuna w/chopped celery 1tsp. mayo    1 diet pepsi
Water ~  Cliff- 22 gram protein bar (low carb)
Small bowl black bean homemade chili (extra lean ground beef)  Mmmmm good!   
Water w/dinner
