Today's workout !
5 mile run ~ including 3 steep hills .. my favorite =)
20 min ~ 4lb hula hoop
*Yesterdays 500 rep workout made me very sore today.. It felt good to loosen all the lactic acid in my muscles during my run today. I didn't as many hills today, but kept my pace up to a 7-8 min mile.
Today's diet!
large smoothie (papaya, banana, strawberry, pineapple) 1scp. protein ~ 1scp. creatine
1 cup green tea
1 foot long wheat hollowed out BLT subway sand which (Avocado NO mayo)
1 small bowl beef broccoli ~ diet pepsi
Water all day!
No food after 5 pm today!
