Today's Workout !

Today's workout ~   7 - mile hill run ~ Got to <3 those hills  =)
15 min 4-lb weight hula hoop
100 situps w/12-lb medicine ball ~  (keep ball in hands ball (keep ball in hands & throw up & catch before going down for next situp) 4x 25 reps  60 sec rest between



 Today's diet ~

5- scrambled eggs  5-whites, 2-yolks    (A little salt & 2% milk)  1-cup green tea   large smoothie ( added papaya, banana, strawberries, mango) lg scoop protein powder..
2 small black bean burrito's w/shredded mozzeralla cheese  1-glass diet pepsi 
Lots of water all day!
