Today's Workout !
7am weight workout ~ Chest/Biceps
Ka'aina and I trained together early this morning.
Today's Diet
~
4 hard boiled eggs, 1 can water packed tuna, 1 chicken breast w/plain salad. Lots of water. 1-protein smoothie (papaya, banana, strawberries)

3 pm Run
~ Hill run 4-miles w/4 steep hills.. Oh the burn
