2 pieces boiled Ahi w/lemon 1 glass diet pepsi ~
1 cup green tea

Yes, I put up workout form post early morning and towards the end of the day I fill my workout in and what I ate that day. That way it has the exact date/day of workout on post. I do it kinda of like a form I fill out at the end of a day.. I normally fill it out in the evening, but last night I fell asleep early..lol So that is why you say noting...=(
Holy cats that's a leg workout! So you're doing 300 TOTAL squats, lunges, etc? I was just thinking about asking you about your personal leg workouts because I never see you post specific leg days. I had wondered if you had reached the point after all those years training that you didn't need/want to build leg muscles so much as maintain or lean out with all the running hills and other exercise you do.
Debra- I understand now, thanks for the explanation. I think I eat your entire days worth of food in my first three meals.....seriously! But I am trying to add size.
