Chest/Triceps ~ Quadsets 5x 12-15 reps

Flat dumbbell bench press
Incline barbell tricep extension
Flat Flys
Seated dumbbell tricep extension
Triceps Tate dumbbell press  ~ 3x

Abs ~ 100 situps w/10 medicine ball 
           Planks 4x 60 sec count
