Motivational Note ✿ "Just Go"


Don't wait for the perfect time to start or worry if you don't always have enough time to exercise so you choose not to! Make it that perfect time right now...Today! If you only have 20-30 minuets to exercise some days, then make the most those 20-30 minuets. Make that short amount of time you have count and be explosive. It can and has been done and it's time you stop making excuses. If you can only run slow, then run slow. Even doing a slow 10 minuet mile you can do 2-3 miles in 20-30 minuets and make that small amount of time you have count in a huge way!

In that short amount of time you can do a 20-30 minuet weight circuit workout and make that time the most intense ever. On the days you can give and devote more time to exercising then you will. Just don't hold yourself back because some days aren't perfect and you're waiting for a better schedule or you're waiting for a better day or time to start! Whether the day is a Saturday, Sunday or a Tuesday, day or night you need to start moving and making it happen right now! NO More Excuses!  Any day, anytime is a "Perfect" time to start fast or start slow....Just Go!

hahaha...what if I do a slow 15minute mile? A 10 minute mile is fast to me... ;) Doing a 5k in April with friends, but have to walk/run. My knees don't like running :(
