Fit Body Boot Camp✿Circuit Cardio W/O

I'm sharing a 5 ~ exercise circuit cardio workout with you. No matter what shape your in this will kick your Okole if you do it right! Do each exercise for at least one minuet or more if you're feeling spunky. After one minuet move to next exercise until you have completed all 5.. Then do it again! and again! The goal is to go at least 20-30 minuets to burn fat. All 5 exercises @1min.each = 5 minuets. Aim for 4x sets.. then 5x sets and when you feel more fit and ready do 6x sets = 30 minuets of kick ass cardio. A special gift from me to you! "Feel the Burn"
