"Kick Butt Circuit Workouts"


Circuit training including weights and cardio together not only kicks your butt it also burns some serious fat. Group about 5-10 exercises and do each one for a minimum of 1 minuet each. Move through each exercise until you've completed all exercises to equal = 1x set. Go for at least 3x sets..4-5x sets if you fit level is up there and you really want to kick your butt hard!
 
I put my son through one of these circuit workouts and he was extremely surprised at how hard it actually was. He wasn't sure if it would even do anything for him. He soon found out that it got his blood pumping and a few of the exercises I set up for us were a lot harder to do when they are done in a circuit type workout. We both got our butt kicked that day.  I set up 6 exercises for us to go through 4x at 1 minuet each exercise. Next time it will be at least 10 exercise circuit workout. #Kickbuttcircuitworkout
