Today's Workout !

Today's workout!
Weight workout today~ Shoulders/Biceps
I did this workout as Quintsets 5 exercises 4x sets @ 12-15 reps ~ 90 secs between each full set. (5 exercises a full quintset) =0
  1. Seated dumbbell press ~
  2. Standing double dumbbell curls ~
  3. Standing side lateral raises ~
  4. Standing front lateral raises ~
  5. Concentration curls (dumbbell) ~  
  1. 75 situps w/10lb medicine ball (throw & catch @top ea. situp)
  2. 3x sets planks 60 + secs holding ~
