She is simply amazing and shows it in everything she does and stands for every single day. She is loved and admired by many. Lauren is super dedicated to being fit and healthy and being mommy 24/7 challenges her everyday to keep up with it all and still find time for herself. She does it because she loves it and she knows with the right mind set, dedication, determination, drive and love for simply being fit and healthy it can be done...
