Fit Body Boot Camp✿ "Work that Bag"

A great way to do your change up your cardio training... Work the bag for 20-30 minuets. The strength training using powerful kicks, punches, jabs with continual body movement gets your whole body burning fat and working your muscles all together. It's one of my very favorite cardio workout to keep my body guessing and never adapting to one specific cardio workout!  #Fight2beFit
