Too many women think cardio is the answer to a fit, strong, muscular body. There's a place for cardio YES, but it's way over done and robs us of all our hard earn muscle when we do too much and too often. If I have a choice and have little time to train, it's always the iron that wins and gets my time. Cardio is extra! Cardio doesn't flex or build a beautiful, muscular body!
