Caught Me!
I couldn't help myself.. It sometimes the hardest thing to do, is to rest on "Rest Day" I know how important rest is to my muscles. Especially after days of hard ass training. Your muscles need time to repair to grow after tearing them down. It's all part of living fit and healthy and yes, rest days are a must. I always try to listen to my body and know when it's time to lay the iron down and take off my running shoes and take a designated Rest Day. It's all part of loving your body so your body will love you back!
