Super Sets: "HEAVY"
5x walking barbell lunges 80lbs 20 reps
5x box step-ups 20 reps w/80lbs
4x leg extensions 10 reps
4x leg curls 15 reps
4x stiff leg dead lifts - on box 10 reps
30 min. HITT "StairMill" 7-11 level
