#1 Never Give Up!
When fighting your way back to being fit and healthy, always remember it's not a quick fix. Think how long it took you to get out of shape and unhealthy? It's going to take some time to reverse those bad habit effects to put you back on a healthy, fit course again. Just know it's worth the time it takes and the journey you take to come back to feeling and looking fit again.
