Love Your Body Everyday!
Don't just love your body on the weekdays and let it all go to hell starting Friday night, Saturday and Sunday. Monday hits and you feel like "Shit" then you are already in the red making up for those bad days. By Wednesday or Thursday you're back in the game only to throw it all away again with Friday approaching and another weekend. Love your body enough to stay focused and on track. Treat yourself when it's earned NOT because it's the weekend or a holiday.
