behavior. The researchers discovered that women who were more satisfied
with their body were more likely to initiate relationships on an
intimate level. They also enjoyed sex more and felt more comfortable
when they were naked than those who were dissatisfied with their bodies.
Now, this doesn’t mean that being fit is all about sex – it can mean
you’re more comfortable approaching someone you think is attractive at a
