"Pump that Iron"

A GREAT reason to pump the IRON.. You reshape your body without even losing weight. I've not done traditional cardio in the gym for 5 or more months now. Only my sprint, hill running, stairs and field work doing explosive exercise and sprints. No more 30-60 minuets of cardio on a machine.
