Happy Last #HumpDay of #2015
It's time to work on your brand new REAR in the New Year #2016. 

May I suggest, lots of Squats, lunges of all kinds, dead lifts, leg curls, sprints, stairs to name but a few.. Accompanied by a good clean, healthy diet, cardio and you'll be Rocking your New Rear come Spring time, depending on how bad you've been these past holiday months.. Lmao!
