Our lower half, especially for a woman is the last place the fat leaves when you're dieting down. On rare occasions it's the opposite, but it's how women are made. So, tell tale signs that you're really leaning down is when you begin seeing more definition in your legs, lower abs and glute, hamstring tie in. Our weakest part will hold on to the fat the longest, so once you figure out what part of your body that is for you, you'll be able to tell when you're body fat is truly at it's lowest.#fighterdiet -III-III-
