"Cardio"

Yep, had to add in the stationary cardio and cut down my running to strip the fat.. My favorite machine to use that works my legs and glutes while burning off fat is the "Stair Mill" second favorite is sprint intervals on treadmill. But, today it's 30 min on the Stair Mill working different angles as I keep stepping. ▪️➖▪️
