Go get Saturday!
Don't discount the weekends for working out. Weekends are the best time to get those hard, killer workouts in that you may have missed or possibility cut short due to work or family responsibilities during the work week.
My weekend workouts is were I do my best work and I love to go into the beginning of the week sore and ready to keep the momentum going all week long. Once in awhile my rest day will land on a Saturday or Sunday and then I will take it, but not this weekend, it's workout thru the weekend for this body!
Go get yours in.
