Mahalo to all my amazing fit friends here that have continued to follow, support and cheer me on with such kind comments and supportive words of encouragement. It's so appreciated and you all motivate me to keep pushing hard. I hope in some way I have motivated and inspired you to keep fighting the good fight of living fit, healthy and happy. It's you against you so keep moving and don't ever raise or wave that white flag. The only flag you should be waving is a VICTORY flag.
