Flex Friday

It was a Awesome Flex Friday Night Ass Kicking. Worked biceps, triceps and abs. Soreness has set in fast and now I'm sore everywhere as my legs and glutes are still sore from hard leg training Wednesday night. I'm ready for more soreness as my weekends are my favorite days to train.
