"Pump that Iron"

A GREAT reason to pump the IRON.. You reshape your body without even losing weight. I've not done traditional cardio in the gym for 5 or more months now. Only my sprint, hill running, stairs and field work doing explosive exercise and sprints. No more 30-60 minuets of cardio on a machine.

Motivation and support is great to have, but don't always count on it, rely on it or look for it, because you need to do it all on your own!!
