Flex Friday

It was a Awesome Flex Friday Night Ass Kicking. Worked biceps, triceps and abs. Soreness has set in fast and now I'm sore everywhere as my legs and glutes are still sore from hard leg training Wednesday night. I'm ready for more soreness as my weekends are my favorite days to train.

"Sunday at the Gym"


Sunday late afternoon at the gym. My favorite days to train are weekends as the gym is either empty or very few people. It is the best to just take over the free weight section and do giant sets and hog all the weights. It was a perfect Sunday Ass Kicking!

"Best few days of Rest"

The best few days of rest and fun I've had in a long time on Beautiful Maui. I train 6x a week most weeks on my workout schedule 4x on to 1x off so I deserved two days in a row off with total rest. I'm ready to hit it hard tomorrow Thursday and pump my muscles up!

There's no ending to living fit as it's a daily on going commitment and at times great sacrifice. It's not easy, but the rewards are satisfying and so great that it will change your life in such a dramatic way you'll never believe you lived any other way but a Fit & Healthy life.

It may not always be easy and at times very hard and painful, but isn't living in an unhealthy, sick over-weight or skinny-fat body hard and painful too? Maybe much harder in my opinion so, what way would you rather live?
